  • Cinnamon

Cinnamon has various health benefits, including its ability to ease inflammation and ability to reduce blood sugar. Some studies found that cinnamon extract can block the spread of cancer cells. Taking half or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon everyday can be beneficial in cancer prevention.

  • Olive Oil
